Effect of CIH on the histopathology of myocardium. (A) Myocardial tissue from control group mice (normoxia) shows intact and well-organized myocardial architecture, with normal cell morphology and nuclei. The cells are uniformly distributed, and no signs of inflammation or fibrosis are observed. (B) Myocardial tissue from CIH-treated mice exhibits significant abnormalities, including distorted myocardial structure, nuclear deformation, and noticeable atrophy of myocardial cells.
