The Sankey diagram represents the enriched KEGG pathways linked to differentially expressed m6A-modified circRNAs in the OSA-induced cardiac injury model. The pathways shown, such as the AMPK signaling pathway, focal adhesion, and proteoglycans in cancer, are among the top 10 enriched pathways with a significant involvement in myocardial injury. Each pathway is annotated with the associated genes, including CTNNA1, FLNB, and HIF1A, which play a crucial role in cardiac pathophysiology.
