Validation of microarray results using MeRIP-qPCR for six candidate circRNAs. Three up-regulated circRNAs (mmu_circRNAs_011180, mmu_circRNAs_014597, mmu_circRNAs_008397) and three down-regulated circRNAs (mmu_circRNAs_34841, mmu_circRNAs_22543, mmu_circRNAs_29768) were assessed. Bar plots represent the normalized expression levels of these circRNAs, showing trends consistent with the microarray data. Statistical significance was determined using Student’s t-test (p < 0.05)
